I am always comfortable and highly satisfied with Dr. Barach's work. He always 'listens' to, and compliments what it is that you're hoping to achieve. I have had several procedures done, most recently to 'Volbella' to soften vertical lip lines. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Barach to others... I had a beast augment 2 yrs ago . It was a decision that I had contemplated for years . I'm very happy with the results. I feel great and the scaring is very minimal . I have an hour glass figure and my clothes look great on me . I believe my confidence improved and ...I received a promotion at work .Possibly in part to my confidence and better attitude overall. Ruined my skin with his Fraxel laser. Still have scars almost a year later from the procedure. No one can fix the damage. When I returned to ask him about it he said it would most likely go away in 6 months. It did not.

I went in for a consultation and I found Dr. Barach to be very cold, rude and just disconnected. we discussed a breast procedure and by the time I was done I could not wait to leave. I felt like crying when I left. I later went with a different surgeon and was very happy. I think it is important to be able to connect with someone to be able to trust them and He certainly did not connect with me.

No need to continue the search. This is your surgeon! No need to compare proces or look at pictures! This is your surgeon. The results are incredible! The scarring is almost transparent less that 6 months after the procedure. I had a mommy makeover and my belly is flat and beautiful. My breasts are perfect (without implants) and I did not need pain killers at all! Even in the hospital! My recovery time was so fast! I did not need lipo but this was still extensive surgery and I was driving and walking around in no time! He watched over me like family. Told me what to expect. Explained why my instructions were what they were, had an open door and open phone policy and provided top of the line care! I never questioned the cost nor did I compare. This surgeon knows what he is doing and takes pride in the outcome. He also makes sure you have what you need at the hospital! Everything is planned perfectly and no stone is left unturned! No need to look further! This is your surgeon!

I just love Dr. Barach and his wonderful staff,they are wonderful!Dr. Barach is an awesome plastic surgeon,I couldn't say enough good things about him. He did a tummy tuck for me and what a superb job,totally amazing! I am so pleased with his work.If I ever decided to have anything else done,there would be no doubt that I would choose Dr. Bruce K Barach.
