He would not see me but had another doctor see me when I admitted myself to the hospital. This other doctor had a very condescending attitude which was directed at me. Needless to say, we did not get along. Because it was useless to stay, I checked myself out of the facility. Dr. Akins refused me as a patient after that. He had been my doctor for several years. The Progress I had made was lost. I had to learn a new doctor who has been a great help.
