I would not recommend Dr Maloff. He is pompous and self centered. He does not listen or he just doesn’t care. He changed the medication that was working for me and when I had side effects he just ignored them. I became sick and very depressed. He is more interested in his agenda . He scolded me and became very confrontational. Please don’t go to this doctor. He should retire!

I highly recommend Dr. Maloff, he has been my doctor since 2013. After a traumatic aircraft accident, I was unable to function with the associated PTSD. I was directed to his office by my orthopedic surgeon and cardiologist, as my blood pressure could not be controlled with numerous drugs. Dr. Maloff has helped me immensely, as has my LMFT in the same office. He is serious about keeping people alive, and that is not easy to do in some cases. Think about it before you believe these bad reviews. Worker Comp fraud is rampant in California, Dr. Maloff has to wade through all of the BS and people seeking a quick dollar. If you are sick, he will help you.

I have Schizophrenia and suffered severely from side effects of meds. While on Ability had to go to ER due to stiff muscles and potential stroke. ER Drs told me to stop taking it. The next time I saw Dr Maloff he said I was being uncompliant with my meds by being off them and he fired me as his patient.

I have been seeing Dr. Perry Maloff for over 4 years. Every time I went to see Dr. Maloff, I was so excited I always arrived 10-15 minutes early. The reason why I always enjoyed my sessions with Dr. Maloff was because he cared about me. After numerous sessions with Dr. Maloff, I can truthfully say that Dr. Maloff did everything in his power to make me better. If he had to change medications to improve my conditions, he would do it. I have to admit, when I first went to see Dr. Maloff, I had no idea how I was going to deal with my depression or if there was any hope. Dr. Maloff turned my life around and may have saved my life... For that, I am forever grateful. Thank you so much Dr. Maloff. Also a big thank you to my therapist Brad for being very professional. Last but not least, thank you to Linda for always called to remind me of approaching appointments and always courteous. Great Doctor and staffs(all professionals) ! If I had to do it all over again, I would not go anywhere else.

I am so grateful to Dr. Maloff. Amazing bedside manner. RX's worked well, advice spot on and very empathetic with good boundaries, concerning my issues. This is one Dr, I actually look foward to seeing.

Dr Perry Maloff is a rude Dr.. I had the most horriable experience with him, thinking he would try to help me but instead all he did was yell and got me greater panic attacks than I did when I arrived at his office.. I feel he doesn't deserve to have doctor in front of his name.. He also stood up and yelled at me and said never come back to my office.. So today I'm filing a complaint to the California medical board in Sacramento ... What a bulky doctor.. And your right I will never come back Bully!!!

I am appalled at the reviews I have read here. I cannot even believe they describe the same doctor, Dr. Perry Maloff, who was my psychiatrist from 2006-2011, when I had to relocate to Arizona. Dr. Maloff always gave me the time I needed at each visit, I NEVER felt rushed. I was also always treated with dignity and respect and he always took great care to listen to me. I participated in my care and I am certain he appreciated that in a patient. He did not "talk down" to me and made careful notes in my chart to refer back to on my next visit. I am shocked to see him referred to as being "arrogant". I am wondering if the reviews above may have been written by the same person, as they all sound a bit "whiny" and use the same words in their description of experience. I am seeing my new doctor in Tucson tomorrow and I can only hope that I get the same level of care I did from Dr. Maloff. My name is Theresa and I stand by this man 100%.

Dr. Maloff has been my doctor since 2008. I saw a psycologist in his office once a week and him once a month. I witnessed & was a victim to his irratic & berating behavior towards his patients. To this day he has never remembered ANY pertinate medical concerning my case and why I am there.It has come to light that he prescribed medications that interferes with others I take.However I take a give to EVERY doctor I see a list of medications I take. This is exactly why I do it! Today he accused me of not telling him about my heart condition because he would NEVER have prescribed the meds Ive been taking from the beginning.He stood up and started screaming at me telling me he never wanted to see me again! I was so upset that I began having chest pains and left. He until today met with me for 5 or 10 mins each month. There is so much more I can say.My name is Christine & this is my dad.We truly believe that Maloff himself is unbalanced and needs help!His staff is well aware of his actions!
