Dr. Melanson has been my family doctor for over 20 years and she is very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate! I am so happy to have her as my family doctor!

Let me start off by saying Dr. Melanson is not my family doctor. I was fortunate to meet her at an after hour clinic. Very professional, and although it was at the end of her shift, she took time to answer my questions and even went through my dietary needs following my illness flare-up. Very appreciated!

Not sure why the bad reviews. Dr. Melanson has been my doctor for over 20 years. In that time i have found Her to be very adamant in getting to the bottom of any ailment I may have had. She is not reluctant to order tests or referrals when needed. I believe Moncton/Dieppe needs more doctors like Dr. Karen Melanson.

Dr Melanson is incompetent. Try to find somebody else. I am pretty sure that the positive comments on that site have been written by her.

Dr. Melanson has been my doctor since a very young age. I had a phone appointment with her the other day and was not satisfied with the experience. She called over an hour late (and there was no reminder of the appointment so I began to wonder if I had the wrong date), when I called to confirm the appointment (because she never called at the scheduled time) I couldn't get through because the line was busy, and then when we did finally end up having our appointment I only got two sentences in and she cut me off saying " okay okay let's cut to the chase, what is the purpose of the appointment". She rushed the entire conversation even to the point that I was starting to ask her a question and she was starting to say goodbye to me because she thought we were done our conversation? The whole conversation lasted 5 minutes and I left with still unanswered questions. I expected more from her because I have never had this experience with her before. Perhaps Covid has overloaded her but it is still no excuse to rush your patients and make them seem a bother to you.
