Yesterday, my fiance broke her tooth and I told her to call Dr. Vendelis; she would take care of it. She is in immense pain. We scheduled a 2:00 appointment for today and was told to arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork. She begged me to go with her, so I rescheduled multiple appointments. When we arrived at 1:30, there was a sign that read "OUT TO LUNCH TAKE A SEAT." 45 minutes later we were still sitting there. We both are needed in our places of business and could not wait over an hour just to speak with someone. Ten minutes after we left, I called to see if anyone had an explanation. The receptionist told me they were in a meeting and carelessly asked if we wanted to reschedule. It saddens me that there are such ignorant, careless people in this world.

Well at first i didnt like stacey because she was new to me, but after only two visits i fell in LOVE with her!! She is soooo funny and down to earth and all about making sure the customer is comfortable and satisfied. I love her!!!
