She is unreliable and has very bad ethics towards her patients she treats her staff horribly. I have been a patient for 5 years and she has gone thru two full time secretaries that kept her office organized. Now she opens and closes her office with no regard towards the well being of her patients Time to switch doctors

This Dr. is a terrible person. She did not want to help us with filling out paper work for my husband. It took her for ever to fill out disability forms. If any Dr. has results from the hospital they can filled out the forms. During this troubled time, we needed a Dr.'s support and not to be turned away. Fortunately enough with all the hopital records the forms were filled out. I mentioned this to the Dr's at the hospital and they said she should be available to fill the forms out for him. As a family Dr. we look for their support and assistance. This Dr. did not show this at all.

Dr Rizk is so-so for us, but I can see that she's not for everyone. Every couple years we think about getting a new doctor but she's so convenient; I like that we can usually get last-minute appointments. She seems a bit disorganized and I don't know if she has a long-term view of how patients are doing. For example, she's quick to prescribe antibiotics but wouldn't notice that this is the fourth time in a year she's prescribing the same thing to the same patient. When I brought that up she gave me a referral. Referrals take FOREVER to materialize (4-6 months usually). I don't know if this is a good thing (because our issues were low-priority and ended up being nothing), a bad thing (because other doctors don't take her referrals seriously), or normal (because our health care system is horribly screwed up).

Dr Rizk is not a good doctor. She never listens to the full extent of patient's concerns/symptoms, loves to interrupt. She also seems to have trouble remembering who I am and my medical issues (she has come into my appointment with another patient's chart before, and even asked about non-existent family members). The last time she prescribed my topical cream for an ongoing issue, she gave me the exact same medicine as the last time even though I told her it didn't work and specifically asked for something different. To make matters worse, her hours are terrible and her staff is rude and disorganized. I've had times where her phone's mailbox is full and I am unable to leave a message or reach anybody. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.

Very good doctor, very knowledgable as she has long years of experience. But as you know no body is perfect, you will never find a doctor or a person without any downside. For Dr. Rizk, I think she is very busy and still accepting new patients, so that is why she is little slow in doing the referrals. Other than that she is very good, and I recommend her to anyone however I want her to stop taking new patient.

I have been there for about 4 years. Thought she was a good doctor till time went on. First, when I went for a physical. Cause I was wearing a skirt I guess, she told me to take it off...DID NOT LEAVE THE ROOM, and no gown! This was my first physical so I was a bit nervous and wondering why she didnt leave. Then noticed I shave, and made a comment as to "why?" I didnt even know how to reply! Also I've been asking her about the same problems over and over! Always tells me to get over "this one first" like a cold or something, then come back! Obviously its cause she gets paid each appt.! She has also been wrong with sicknesses I've had, so I go to a walk in, and get proper meds! Her staff is rude, talks on the phone loud to thier family and friends, even fighting on the phone! Do not return calls for days, or at all.Once I made a appt, for the next afternoon.I canceled it in the morning, and she charged me $30 for not canceling in 24hr. I DID NOT HAVE 24hrs obviously! Looking for new Doc

She appears so ill informed. When I was pregnant I came to her and even though my blood work tested positive for pregnancy, she sent in me in for THREE ultrasounds before I was even 6 weeks to "date" the pregnancy, which I found out this usually isn't done until 11-13 weeks - so it was a huge waste of time. Dr. Rizk also told me that exercise causes miscarriages (which is so far from the truth). I told her that I regulary exercise 3-5x per week and she said "Not anymore." She literally laughed at me when I suggested I might get a midwife. Dr. Rizk interrupted me while I asked all my questions about pregnancy. Also, I had found out the results from my last physical (over a year ago) came back "inconclusive". When I had asked about the results back a year ago, she had said that everything "looked normal". After reading other reviews, it only confirms my decision to stop seeing her.
