Had great experience with one procedure and a terrible experience with another procedure. If you go here, get everything in writing as to what the procedures will be. Do your research before you go here.

This doctor operates outside of FDA guidelines. He did not know what he was doing when breast implants were put under the skin as opposed to under the muscle in tissue that had been irradiated. Dr. Ross should be limited to plastic surgery above the shoulder so he harms no one else with his arrogance and ignorance.

I wish I went with my gut feeling after my first appt at Dr Ross office. The staff are a bunch of condescending snobs that want to move you quickly through a well organized meet and greet, then in my case try on a bra and stick some implants in it and they then record the cc's they will put in your implants, then it's off to the cash register. No personal touch at all. I was very unhappy with my breast aug and the poor service. The customers are like cattle. I'm finally having them removed (by a different dr).

Dr. Ross came very highly recommended to me from a couple of my friends. I was happy I listened to them. I was not happy with my breasts, but after having them done with Dr. Ross, I am so happy! I felt comfortable during my initial consultation that Dr. Ross was the right doctor for me. I recommend him highly.

He did my breast augmentation. First, every time I went to see him I had a long wait. After I had my surgery he rushed me through my follow up appointments and had a bad attitude. Second, he didn't do a good job. I have to have them re-done. He was recommended highly by a few people to me and I wish I never went to him.

I can only say that Dr. Ross is an amazing genius artist as a cosmetic surgeon. He recently did a face lift (also with chin lipo and eyelid surgery) for me that was absolute perfection. I healed very quickly, had no bruising (only swelling that went down within a week)and I did not take one pain pill after surgery (not even a Tylenol!). I look completely natural - just 15 years younger!! I seriously never imagined that it would look this good. Friends (including my boyfriend who thought I was on a 2 week out of town family vacation) and coworkers and family are amazed at how good I look as they had NO idea that I had work done. Their comments are "wow you look wonderful", "did you do something to your hair or lose weight?" etc. I am forever indebted to Dr. Ross and would recommend him, without ANY reservation to anyone needing cosmetic surgery. His staff at the Rush/Delaware office including the attending nurse and Tony and Maria are also wonderful.

Unfortunately I was refered to Dr. Ross by Y-Me and others for breast reconstruction. Through 3+ surgeries Dr. Ross continued to do procedures in a manner that per medical guidelines should not be done on anyone, especially on someone with my history. He was totally unknowledgeabele as was his staff. In addition Dr. Ross does not follow the FDA guidelines for admitting patient into clinical trials. For information go to www.fda.gov
