I have been going to Dr.Case since I was 6 years old. He is the best of the best! My entire family visits his practice! I love him very much! He is very kind and his staff is wonderful! I wouldnt visit any other doctor in the world! Except for his wonderful daughter Dr. Case-Diaz! and of course Dr. Jamie Riego!

This poor doctor has the worse staff.The office phone lines are constantly busy and nobody returns messages,no matter how sick you are. I believe the staff fails to give the doctor his messages. I tried speaking to the office manager numerous times and the lady never returned the call either. Other than that Dr. Wayne Case is a great physician with a lot of medical experience and diagnostic skills. He is very much aware of my medical history and has excellent bed manners. I only wished his management and staff were a lot better. Patients deserve it.

He is always too busy and makes you wait for 1-2 hours. The staff is too busy to even discuss something with you.

I venture to say the others who have rated Dr. Case must be talking about someone else. This doctor has brought all my medical issues in check. His office gives you an appointment with in days - not weeks like other doctors. He is caring and considerate. He remembers you ailments eveny though he has lots of patients. He does return calls. I have recommended him highly to all my family friends and co-workers. More doctors should be like him.

I've been to this to doctor several times in the past year and I have to say... I don't think he knows what he is doing. All his diagnoses that he has given me have been wrong. He is quick to write a prescription just to get you out of there, and so far NONE of the medications I've ever gotten from him have alleviated the problems, some made it WORSE. His lack of "caring" is definitely something he needs to correct.

I truly do not understand how this dr. has so many patients. His staff is the most unhelpful I've ever encountered, he WILL NOT return phone calls (at least that's what his staff of steel says), he had my mother on such a high dosage of blood thinners that when she went to the hospital and they put a port inside her chest, shortly after that we found her with blood everywhere on her upper body, the bed, the floor, etc. She might have bled to death had we not visited her in time! He never once visited her during her 4 mo. hospital stay! I truly do not recommend him.

GOOD OLD FASHION TYPE DOCTOR WITH HUGE PRACTICE BUT ALWAYS OVERBOOKED AND RUNNING AT LEAST 2 HOURS LATE. STAFF IS OVER-WORKED, ALWAYS IN BAD MOOD AND *NEVER* EXPECT A RETURN CALL BACK. OFFICE MGR THINKS SHE IS ABOVE DOING ANYTHING FOR A PATIENT AND WILL NEVER RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. IF YOU CAN HELP IT, FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR...AT LEAST MY WAIT WILL BE SHORTER!
