I was in really bad shape and had no will to keep going with the amount of pain I was in so Dr. Ryan wanted to do the most minimally invasive surgery first to try and fix the problem first by trimming of the disc. I woke up and thought , omg I'm healed , fixed, I felt great! Well 2 weeks later I was right back to where I was. I was so greatful he wanted to try the lessor of the two surgeries because the next surgery was not a walk in the park. I was facing a spinal fusion. He was very up front with me and gave me plenty of information on it. His counciling was so helpful to prepare me for what was in-store for me next. Straight upfront professional and still a very Kind and gentle soul. Yes you have to wait sometimes a little longer in the waiting room on your appointment, the reason why is because he cares about his patients and actually listens to what they say and I assume they want a answer also. He's the best Dr. and only Dr. I would trust to touch my spine because I personally think he knows what he's doing and most of all I trust him. I believe he's an Honest and exceptional Dr. Thank you Dr. Ryan for improving my quality of life. Melinda

Receptionist did not look up or even acknowledge me when I arrived even though she was sitting right in front of me. I telephoned the office several times for various appointments and each time I received poor customer service. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time then, I had to wait an additional 40 minutes to see the doctor once I was seated in a treatment room. Aftr all that waiting time the doctor spent exactly 4.5 minutes with me in the exam room. Not all all impressed.

Dr.Ryan was very helpfull in determining upper neck problems. The staff was very good. The wait time for a office visit was very long (two and half hours).

My 87 year old mother had cerival fusion with Dr Ryan. After surgery she continued to have pain, Dr Ryan prescribed sybdural injections. The 2nd time she recieved the injection, she was in terrible pain and could not turn her neck, she said it was "stiff as a board". When trying to talk to the staff they tired of talking to her and transferred her to their answering maching. The office never returned her calls. She had to find another neurosurgeon to get any help.

Dr Ryan was wonderful. He made me feel at ease from the moment he walked in the door. He took time to explain all my options and let me decide which way that I wanted to go. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!
