Avoid this “doctor” by all means. Him and his staff were unprofessional; made inappropriate comments and refused to look into my issues further. In order to have him understand my situation I brought my old records. I explained to him in detail my symptoms and instead of ordering new tests/ procedures to find out my current situation, he stated there was nothing he could do and that “ maybe there is nothing wrong” after my previous procedures showed there is in fact a problem.

I feel he is straight to the point and suggested I reflect on the needed surgery, I'm not looking for a friend I am looking for an able surgeon

Should have read all the terrible reviews on various websites so i wouldn't waste my time.
It's a real shame that there are ppl like him practicing. A very rude unpleasant man .
Cuts you off doesn't even let you talk
I hate wasting my time and that's what going there is.

Only doctor out of 3 that pinpointed my real issue and fixed it. I am now post surgery and my life has been restored. I was with another doctor who filed bankruptcy which led me to Dr Gervin and I am so thankful. Dr Gervin is a straight up, very experienced doctor, with a no BS approach. Some like that - others don't- i prefer to know

The office staff is horrible (except Brian, he was great) . The front desk, and office manager have no clue how to run an office. Dr. Gervin is ok but he can be condescending .

I avoided the knife!!!
I had a severe herniated disc L5, after 13 Decompression therapies with his team, I could walk and function again.
The staff at the Pembroke Pines office is top notch, Jose and Brian were very knowledgeable and extremely professional.

Terrible experience. After 1000 dollars (2 MRIs) I'm in the same spot I was 2 months ago: back pain is still there's in my last appointment I had to wait 2 hours just to see a staff person tell me the doctor could not see me because he had an emergency
