Dr. Pinto and his staff are exceptional. I have been a patient for over 20 years. His attention to detail and many years of experience gives me the confidence that his diagnosis would be accurate. Given that his clinic has expanded into other lines of business allows my wife and I to experience the overall great service for other procedures. I hope he continues to practice for many more years to come.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pinto's for over 10 years and he is the most thorough and professional physician that I have ever met (and I have met many). He is always attentive to my concerns and his treatment plans have always been effective. I have recommended him to many of my family members and friends. The office staff are always so pleasant and go out of their way to accommodate my needs.

I use to have a lot of respect and faith in Dr. Pinto & his staff. They never call back when you leave a message to make and appointment and Anna the secretary is nice, but not very competent. My family member was sent for tests and we were unable to make an appointment to review them with Dr. Pinto because the secretary said she was not instructed to have the patient come in to review the results with Dr. Pinto and that he archived them. I don't know..... it's a shame because he is a very smart person - but let's face it cosmetic procedures is where it is at $$$$$$

Incredible staff and fantastic doctor. Knowledgeable, not pushy, listens to your concerns first before giving advice. I have been injected by some of the best in the city of Toronto but since moving to Caledon, I am so happy to have found him. Highly recommended.

What a Staff! Laura, Rita, Dr Pinto are all Best in Class. They are friendly, punctual and knowledgable. It feels like family when you are there. Rita especially is amazing. I fully trust her knowledge and opinion, and I believe I am in good hands in her care. I would highly recommend that you make an appointment with Dr. Pinto's office to explore your questions/options, before travelling outside of Bolton to get professional advice.

Dr. Pinto is a very kind, genuine gentleman of a doctor; very knowledgeable and personable. He has been my family doctor for over a decade. I love the staff. Laura, and Anna are kind, friendly and professional. Rita is an esthetician magician as well as a really lovely person! Really a great team!

I love the staff at LaserMed, they are always friendly and professional and genuinely care about you. They take their time and always do their best to accommodate your and your needs. They have something for everyone and even though I go there to see Rita for laser hair removal, she also have been a great help for recommending skincare products! It is always a pleasure to show up for appointments with Rita as I know I will always be greeted with a welcoming and helpful face.

Experience does matter when it comes to Dr Pinto .Always professional, never rushed, spot on when it comes to aesthetic advice. He has his cosmetic procedures down to an art. He is the modern ‘DaVinci ‘ of cosmetic procedures. Dr Pinto gives you options and never pushes to sell what you don’t need. Botox, fillers or body contouring this place is awesome. LaserMed has been around for over 20 years and it shows! Will definitely stay with them for many years!!
