Waited over an hour past appointment time. Staff left for lunch with no explanation or apology. We walked out and won’t be back. This guy has been in 4 states in just a couple years. Do your research and find out why.

He plain out refused to help and as my issues to get worse I have lost an inch in height, and have begun to get where I can't walk for periods of time sometimes for days, and even when I can it feels like everything from my lower back down is going to shatter. It's a shame when you can pick and choose who you help based on insurance and age. Let's not forget to add my neck issues to the back either. This office isn't getting any referrals from me just run the other way fast.

Same complaint as others. He doesn't answer questions and does not take any time with his patients. Calls to him or his nurse go answered. When he decides he has nothing surgical to offer you, he is done with you and totally discards you. This man has a lot to learn about compassion and making his patients feel comfortable. After 22 years one would think he would have learned that!

Have waited 2 - 3 hours each time I had an appointment before even put in a room. He was late showing up for my surgery by 2 - 3 hours. Doesn't spend any time with you. My last appointment was literally (no joke) 1 minute. Doesn't want to listen...he doesn't have the time...and it shows.

The 2 comments above MUST have been posted by his friends or family, not actual patients of his. He does NOT take time with you, does NOT answer questions, & does NOTHING to make you feel comfortable with your decision of choosing him to cut you open. I had lots of unanswered questions and tried to get in to see him before my surgery date but was ignored more than once. It took a full week to finally get a refill on my pain medication, and almost as long just to get a call back from his nurse. ...and thats just for starters! I DO NOT recommend choosing Dr Brennan as your surgeon! Oh and by the way, I canceled my surgery! If thats how you're treated before surgery, I cant imagine how it would be afterwards!

This is one of the best neck doctors I have ever met, he really cares and gives you his full attention, his diagnosis was 100% correct

Great physician. Answered questions and explained in terms that I could understand. Calls to office were returned. Caring staff as well. Would recommend to anyone.
