Condescending. No follow ups. Very slow. Wait one hour before being seen.

The worst. I don't know how she became a doctor. Condescending, rude, treats her patients like garbage for no reason. If you have more than one ailment she yells at you.

I have been a very patient patient with my family doctor almost thirty years .
It is a lifetime of mutual respect and understanding of the pressure that both patient and doctors endured through the roller coaster journey of good times and less good ones .Dr Trinh is very sharp in her diagnostic and her referral when needed is quick for excellent specialists .

She is a good doctor, and the staff is professional considering you can tell they are overworked. I've never had problems other than needing to be persistent in my follow ups (but again, I can't fault Dr. Trinh or her office because unfortunately that is the reality right now). She has helped me with mental health and physical conditions, and always takes my wishes into account when she suggests a treatment or prescription. Be prepared to wait at least 40 minutes after your appointment before you're seen, but again, its like that everywhere.

Very rude, does not listen to needs or symptoms. Horrible at dealing with mental health.

Je suis allé parce que j'ai des problèmes de coeur et Dr Trinh est le médecin de famille de plusieurs membres de ma famille. Mais on dit toujours: ahhh on rentre dans le bureau à Trinh et on ressort de la en n’apprenant rien!
Je lui expliquais que oui j'ai des problèmes de coeur et de palpitations, mais je ne sais pas la différence entre cela ou l'anxiété... Elle ne m’a posé aucune question et me disait simplement qu'elle ne savait pas ce que j'avais... Donc au lieu de me poser ds questions elle ma prescrit des Ativan ainsi que des pilules pour l'estomac? Je n’y vois aucun rapport... dans les 2 cas je prends ni un ni l'autre. Je me retrouve aujourdhui avec un problème qui empire de semaine en semaine et on ne me prend pas au sérieux!
J'ai accès a la télé médecine avec mon travail et je peux vous garantir qu'ils sont 100x mieux.

Very good doctor. She is always late but takes time to each patient.

Wow , I got major attitude because I showed up a little late , previous visits I've waited over 1 hour . It's ok when I've waited at least 1 hr each of my previous visits but when I'm 20 min she rips me a new one , I'm never going back after 20 years of BS and so many misdiagnosis I'll take my chances at a walk in , NO MORE .

After hearing about how this doctor has diagnosed someone in the family, I was curious . My diagnosis, I’m going to tell this family member to run! Seems like the only bonus is you can get a prescription for whatever you like

horrendous doctor
zero knowledge
refuses to give referrals, even when she clearly does not know what the next steps are
seems like if you ask her a question she is annoyed or surprised that you have a question
avoid at all cost
