No help from secretary, called to get an appointment and never got a call back since i got an answering machine, called again, no help at all very rare personality

i found his office staff rude and disrespectful. i appericate the doctor but will not be seeing him again to do his disrespectful staff. please doctor i hope you take this and understand that your staff is horrible.
