I saw Dr. Cooney for 15 years. He is one of the kindest, most compassionate, intelligent, professional and best diagnosticians I’ve ever encountered in a Dr. Even though he had a whole lot of patients, he would truly listen to you and spend time discussing your medical situation. He was never late for an appointment. He was also very light-hearted and often witty. It was always — ALWAYS- such a great experience being around Dr. Cooney - also his equally kind and lovely office manager.

Dr. Cooney was the best Neurologist! He is truly missed. He graciously took me in as a new patient, without making me wait. This was after I was told by the D.O. Neurologist in Whitefish to wait to have another grand mal seizure, after waking up covered in hives; the classic 10 day allergic reaction to Depicote. And he wouldn’t do anything else for me; thus the previous statement!
But after I explained it all on the phone to Dr. Cooney’s, they got me in right away. And he was an excellent doctor for the many years that I was his patient! Charlotte

Dr. Gary Cooney saved my life 30 years ago. I was in a Traumatic car accident. I was in the Hospital for 2 1/2 months. I was recovering from a bad head injury and he was wonderful and the nicest doctor. I would like to say Thank you again from the bottom of my heart and know that the Lord was at his side. Jenny 1986
