I have had Dr. Penrose as my Physician in excess of 25 years. During my life, I have had some of the best personal physicians in Toronto and Northwestern Ontario. In my experience and opinion, Dr Penrose rates with the top physicians I have ever had. Thanks Dr. Penrose for your care, support, empathy, compassion, limeliness in all medical matters, and professionalism. Dauphinites are, indeed, fortunate to have some like you as part of our health care system.

Commits medical fraud watch out!He had my mother wrongfully committed. Said he performed a psychiatric test but never did lied to my family on the phone saying that I am a bad caregiver but has no proof .I asked for my moms medical files and they wouldn’t give them to me that prove he never did the initial test. Get a power of attorney or fraudulent doctors like this one will totally take advantage of the fact you can’t see love ones at the hospital due to covid. Totally taking advantage of this emergency measures.I tried to work this out with the hospital but after looking at the evidence they choose to protect the guilty.

I have had Dr. Penrose for several years now and have found him to be exceptional in terms of knowledge, skill and ability to quickly determine the root cause of a health related problem. Additionally, he is beyond belief professional, personable and caring in dealing with patients. My wife has been a patient of his for many years and it was her gentle urging that steered me to ask him to be my doctor. Have absolutely no regrets and would without question recommend him as your personal physician of choice! He is extremely busy but somehow seems to manage to look after his patients in a very timely manner!

I highly recommend Dr Penrose. He is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I first saw him at the walk in clinic a number of years ago. I was well impressed, so I asked if he would be my doctor. My wife went to him a few years later, and we haven't looked back. Thank you Dr. Penrose!

dr. penrose is awesome! i have nothing but good things to say about him. he is awesome at explaining things and never makes you feel stupid. respects your questions. i just wish he was accepting new patients. he's my mum's doctor. his receptionist, pam, sometimes leaves alot to be desired. she will try to block you from seeing him sometimes.

Dr. Penrose has been seeing my elderly Mom who is recovering from breast cancer. I can honestly say he is thorough, answers questions, doesn't discount comments or questions. Dr. Penrose is very busy, but he is very knowledgable. It is so nice to have an extremely decent doctor.
