I will write in English because some people think that french people may have a bias… I am with Dr Hope for more then 15 years now and I find that now she is less and less aware of her patient case. I feel that she doesn’t have time to look at the file between meetings and don’t have time to talk with me. She prescribe easily but she does not seems to very look at the results. I had a lot of test to pass and when I was in front of her after all those tests, she juste ask me “What can I do for you today” !! I was very very desapointed. It was like she just forget about everything we talked and all the tests she prescribed few months earlier. She then look at her computer and analyse the result live in front of me… after 15 years of relation, I felt like a number! She didn’t take two minutes before the meeting to look at my file… ??
Very desapointed and when I told her, she answer that she got new responsibilities now at the CLSC… well my health can’t wait…

Dr. Hope is by far the best all around medical professional I've ever experienced. She is caring and competent. She never rushes her patients through. She calls personally with test results and answers to other inquiries. There were problems in the past with booking appointments but that was more institutional than her policy. Since the reorganization of the booking system, I've had unbelievably excellent and timely appointments. Dr. Hope's attention to small details has literally saved my life. Thank you!

I’m not sure why Dr Hope is receiving these negative reviews, (oh wait she is more anglophone and all the bad reviews were left by francophones....huh coincidence?) . She’s been my dr for 17 years and has never done me wrong. She is fantastic and I consider myself lucky to be her patient.

Très incompétente ! Ne maîtrise pas les rudiments de la médecine. Elle référe à des spécialistes même pour les bases de la médecine. Devrait refaire ces études ou quitter

Dr Hope has been my doctor for more than 20 years . She is competent and has been described as such by other specialists to whom she referred me. She has empathy, she listens, she is very effective and quick in making all necessary arrangements with hospitals or specialists, she is very thorough in her examinations , sometimes spotting seemingly minor signs on my body , leading to helpful diagnoses by specialists. On occasions she has even called me with the results of tests. I wouldn t change her for any other doctor.

Le docteur Hope manque énormément d’empathie et discernement. Malgré une situation peu importante qui pourrait se régler rapidement, elle crée finalement des problèmes. Je ne peux croire que ce médecin le fait pour le bien des patients. Bref, je ne souhaite plus la revoir...

Professional? Are we talking to the same Dr? She is always late, never excuses, check up for her is something to do every three years, always talking about useless vaccinations, money, fees etc. I am not a doctor, I can't talk about knowledge etc. but in term of service, it is a poor one.

Dr. Hope has been my doctor for fifteen years. She has a professional empathy that I so rarely have seen in my experience with the medical community. She always takes time to listen and sort through any problems. She is practical and insightful. While it can be hard to get an appointment, she does her best to schedule follow-up appointments quickly. She herself calls with the results of tests and I think she might be the only doctor I've known to do that...!
