Excellent doctor as long as you do not have a serious chronic illness. Dismiss, minimized, literraly laugh at me, refusing treatment and referral to specialist. Almost kill me by doing nothing and looking at me slowly die. In the 5 times I almost killed myself in that 3 years journey, 4 times I was coming out of his office. Cancel my appointment after COVID and he then vanished. Learn through another patients that he is retiring this September, and was unabke to look at me for the last year and half but was very friendly and talkative to my personal assistance (was too weak to roll my wheelchair in his office) so, I do have multiple witness's of my saying and that is a small resume only ! He is also ignoring my request for an appointment and pharmacy's fax for renewal. Thank god I am followed by a good specialist because my condition require close follow-up.
For colds or urinary track infection BEST doctor out there but when it comes down to serious and chronic diseases he is so NOT recommended if you do not want to die !

The worst doctor you could ask for i would highly suggest if you care about you're to not book with him. Just gonna tell you to go home and take medecines that don't work

Sweet, caring, and devoted. Dr. Chagnon is the only one who made a difference in my life. I admire his strong work ethic. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

great doctor. He has been there for me and all my medical needs since I could remember. Always listening and doing what's necessary. I couldn't ask for more or better.

This man Luc Changon I fired as a M.D.. He and his almost taken my life the the 2nd time because of Prescription s that he had written. The first time he cause my heart to stop, after 6.5 mins of CPR my heart restarted. The last time he was seen at HGH he was in a very loud and lntense argument with a MD in the hallways, very unprofessional. His licsense needs to be reveiw in my opion.

I've had this doctor for a long time and as long as I didn't have any diseases he was good, but then I got really sick and was diagnosed with 3 different chronic diseases and each time he just said it was a virus and would send me home, until I had to get hospitalized for 1 month completely paralysed from the neck down, under intensive care. Still to this day he minimizes my diseases and my symptoms. He's very good to socialize with but not for the rest.
