Wonderful and caring doctor that is extremely knowledgeable. He does run behind in appt times, only because he spends plenty of time to answer questions and make sure people are comfortable. He's my favorite OB at the Ft Dodge clinic, highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this man! Dr. Welch is an extremely knowledgeable doctor who stays informed of new research, procedures, etc. He explains things to you in a manner you can understand and will take the time to help you make an informed decision. He is very caring and cares about the patient as a whole - not just things related to his specialty. He is very thorough. He encouraged me to follow up with my family doctor on some unexpected results from a blood test he had done. Thanks to his keen eye, he was able to help diagnose a disorder that is not usually associated with his specialty. I would HIGHLY recommend him!
