Medicaid / Medi-Cal
This is the most unprofessional office I have ever visited. It's also the only option for prenatal care in my small town. The staff treated me like crap. They were very rude about my profession (I am an owner and artist at a local tattoo shop), and pressured me heavily about a flu shot. Two days later, I received a letter about what my insurance will NOT cover at their office. Very frustrated, I called my provider who reassured me that I have FULL coverage, and the office was wrong. I was so disappointed in what little prenatal care I had received that I had to find a different OB/GYN 70 miles away.
