D. Tam was referred to me by my general family Dr. I saw her and was very surprise and pleasantly comfortable with her. She seemed as though she was rushed but, when I agressively asked my question I found her more grounded. Being a health educator found, that one had to have questions ready while she was attending a patient. I also found her very friendly, and explain diognoses in easly laymen terminology. I real got to see she an excellent Gyno. Great bedside manners, excellent doctor in her field. I highly recommend this Doctor.

not have an emergency, but a female problem, that needs attention...I called my general for referals, He gave me Tam as one.....I called twice on Thursday...No Return Call...I called to the receptionist and the office mananger on Friday still voice mail.....I finally called and hit the emergency button...A person answered...Dr. Tam had no openings till 8/28, and the partner was on vacation till September....Please, if it takes two days to get this kind of answer, why don't they redo their voice mail to relfect.....Find Someone else if you need assistance...

My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Tam for a problem. She was very nice and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain my problem, answered my numerous questions and gave me educational brochures to take home and read. She was very non-judgmental and mature during our conversation. My partner and I will definitely see her when we start our family. I wish all my other docs are more like her.

Dr. Tam seems knowledgable, but is rushed and seems very pushy. I have seen all the doctor's in this office and mostly stayed with them because i was already an established patient. Terrible office service (I was referred to the Office manager to talk about this and she was rude, defensive and unhelpful as well).

Dr. Tam took her time and explained everything to me. I have a lot of gyno problems and she reassured me with her patience and caring attitude. I did not feel rushed at all. I highly recommend Dr. Tam to my friends and family.

I always feel rushed when I see Dr. Tam. She never gives me opportunity to ask questions. The rare times when I venture to ask one, she would always cut me off half way. I get it that she has people lined up next, but don't I deserve more than a couple minutes for my visit? That's why I give her 3 for knowledge, since she doesn't even give herself time to demonstrate that she is knowledgeable. If you want to feel cared for, don't pick this doctor.
