Unbelievable doctor. Really listens and is a very human person. The very best doctor I have had in my 74 years.

First of all, Dre Rook is super nice. But my only big issue is her secretary. She is arrogant and dry. She always ends up saying go to the hospital if your not satisfied. Very poor customer service. When we take an appointment, even weeks before, they always reschedule. They even cancel and same day. The worst secretary ever !!!!! Very disappointed. Shouldnt work in a dr’s office

Dr. Rooke is the best doctor I've ever had. She is patient and never rushes you out. She will answer all your questions and in a way that you will understand. A good sense of humour and excellent bedside manner. I would recommend her to everyone!! The staff could use a lesson in manners and pleasantness. They can sometimes be too abrupt almost insulting. It doesn't leave a nice feeling...

Dr. Rooke is great. She's competent, cares for her patients and will always take the time with her patients which leads to issues with punctuality. But I'd rather have a doctor who listens to her patient and takes the time to look at everything than one who will only address 1 problem when the patient has 5 to discuss telling the patient to take another appointment(s) to address other matter(s) as I have hears happen to friends and family with their doctors!

Dr. Rooke is the best doctor I`ve ever had. She is kind, patient and explains things to you in a way that you understand. She has compassion and I NEVER feel rushed in an appointment. The staff is nice and helpful also. I have many health problems and Dr. Rooke has helped me through all of them. I wish I could clone her! Great job!!!

Dr. Rooke is a very kind and patient person, also a nice welcome and a smile.
What is so great about her she takes the time to explain everything, above all there is no rush to get us out of the office fast. I certainly appreciate that.
I enjoy the staff, they are so accommodating and very professional at what they do, and are always good for a laugh or two.
I am very happy to have Dr. Rooke as my physican.

Dr. Rooke is an amazing Doctor who takes the time to hear every concern and explain every diagnosis. She is normally running late, probably because she takes time with each and every patient and never feel rushed once you get in her office. Her staff our rude at times and booking an appointment can be impossible with them.

Dr Rooke is an excellent doctor,compassionate, patient, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She always takes time to listen and educate and I never feel rushed. She is proactive in her care as I have health concerns that require a specialist. I am so grateful that I have her as a doctor.She cares about her patients!

Je trouve que Dr. Rooke est très humaines et patiente, mais malheureusement, nous devons très souvent lui dire comment faire son boulot, car si vous ne demandez pas qu'elle chercher plus loin ou qu'elle vous refaire à un spécialiste, elle ne le fera pas d'elle même. De plus, les secrétaires ne sont pas accueillantes et se prennent pour des médecins. Ne pensez pas pouvoir avoir de rendez-vous rapide, vaut mieux se présenter à l'urgence.
