Very disappointed as of late!!! Not sure if the doctor is to blame or if it is the office staff. Whatever the case, when a patient relies on their doctor and/or the office to follow through with treatment options, providing test results, getting referrals, etc. they should be able to count on them to do their job and to get back to the patient. I am now hearing stories of people waiting for over 3 weeks for xray results and just as long for urine and blood work results!!! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! Some conditions need to be treated right away and can't wait for the 3 weeks! It is a bad thing when the patient gets so frustrated waiting for their results that they then have to go to the ER for some action. Maybe this doctor needs to get more effective office staff or learn to better manage her time so that her patients can get the treatments and or time that they need to be cared for!!!

Dr. Prasad has been my family Dr. for many years.She goes out of her way to show heartfelt compassion to myself and family.The only Dr. I know of that still does house calls. I am also privilaged to call her a friend.

over prescribes various drugs including new forms of nerve pain blockers that are considered addictive and can lead to overdosing. Please reconsider how often you prescribe medications.

When I first started seeing Dr. Prasad 9-10 years ago I thought she was great. I felt she really looked out for her patients but something changed. Forms don't get filled out; specialist appointments aren't made for months and months; things are forgotten; and she is ALWAYS running late, 20 minutes to over 1 1/2 hours!! It seems there are patients that she bends over backwards for... and some she'd just like to be rid of. If I could find another doctor, I'd switch but anyone in rural Ontario.. Ontario period.. knows finding a doctor is about as likely as winning a $30 million lottery jackpot. Dr. Prasad, if you read this.. give this some thought. EVERY patient deserves your full attention and consideration. We see you because we have to... we're in need of a doctor for whatever the reason. Some of us are not perfect, some of us have bigger issues than others, but we're all patients and need equal and effective care. Just some food for thought.

If all doctors were as caring and professional as Dr. Prasad we would all be in much better health. How many doctors do you know that will still do house calls. My mom fell and was not mobile and Dr. Prasad has been to the house to see her more times than I can count. I do not know what we would do withouther and I do not want to find out.

Chronically preoccupied. 40 mins late for most recent appt and at least 4 interruptions - she actually left the room - while I was having a physical. I only wish I could find someone else.

Dr.Prasad..what can I say. You have been there..for me night or day! I have never met a wowman with such compassion. You truly do deserve a medal. You go above and beyond the call of duty. Professional all the way. Cheryl Vader, patient since you opened your practice.

She is very professional and cares for finding what the problem is. She is very attentive to any problems and will have all the appropriate exam done until she can find what is wrong with you. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks you Dr Prasad.

Dr Prasad gives the same 100% effort no matter the day of the week, or the time of the day. Asks about other family members by name, and is genuinely interested in your answer. She never rushes you... or makes you feel like she is rushed. She is inquisitive, generous with her time and her consistently caring in her attitude. She gets an A+ from me!
