To bad they ran him out of town. BEST OBGYN in the area. EC lost a good Dr. His bed side manner was the best. Made you feel comfortable during the most uncomfortable awful Doctor appointment a woman has have. If you did not understand something he took the time to answer your questions. I really hate that Albemarle Hospital ran him out of business..... Albemarle Hospital/ Sentera Albemarle Hospital is the worst hospital in the area.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore's since he was on Elizabeth Street and after he moved to his "Beach Style" office; and I have LOVED this man as a doctor ever since my 1st visit. He, as a male doctor, made me feel more comfortable than ANY other doctor has made me feel during the awkward female visits to a gynocologist. His quiet singing to whatever song is playing in the exam room is calming. His bedside manor is AMAZING! And in 2011 when I did my externship (well most of it, but that was from personal reasons) I then got to meet another side to this wonderful man. He made me smile when I was having a hard day as a student. I got to see him interact with a lot of his patients and saw that he was the most caring and sweetest doctor I have EVER seen! And as for any and all negative reviews about this doctor: NO ONE IS PERFECT AND NO ONE KNOWS EVERYTHING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD! BUT DR. MOORE IS A DOCTOR SENT STRAIGHT FROM GOD!!!! And his mother Bonnie is just as just as amazing!! ??????????????

Dr.Moore is an amazing doctor and his staff is also amazing. I had several problems during my pregnancy and he did EVERYTHING in his power to make my life easier until my son was born. His nurse Amy is extremely knowledgeable and caring, she did a wonderful job of taking time out of her schedule to talk to me and answer any questions I had. I would recommend him to every woman in Elizabeth City. I wish his nurse could follow me to every doctor I see. I just can't say enough good things about them both!

Dr. Moore not only personally took an extremely comprehensive medical history on my first visit to him, he was the only doctor in 30 years to really listen. He addressed my medical problems and improved my quality of life by eliminating prolonged monthly pain that I had endured my entire adult life. Because no other doctor had addressed or even diagnosed my condition, I was hesitant to follow Dr. Moore's advice for a total hysterectomy but finally agreed when the pain was unbearable and unrelenting. The surgery revealed it was beginning to be life threatening. I can truly say Dr. Moore saved my life in more ways than one.

Very personable, knowledgeable, and patient, willing to spend as much time with you as you need. Very kind and understanding. Birth experiences (one c-section, one vbac) were exceptional.

I loved this doctor and his widwives!! I had eclampsie with my first preg and the dr i used then was a real moron!! He did awesome with us and because of him my baby was healthy and on time!

Never on time, very unknowledgeable, he will just give up on you if he can't find out what your problem is and will not even refer you to another doctor! If he can't diagnose your condition, then you are just drug seeking for pain medication instead of admitting "I don't know what is wrong and not smart enough to figure it out". If he can't find out what is causing your symptoms then he will just GIVE you a full Hysterectomy and "problem solved". He is only good for pulling out babies and pulling out your insides! Only wants to do what he will make the most money on! He thinks his "pretty boy face" will keep bringing in the patients! He screwed me up for life at the ripe old age of 40!
