I feel confortable with the Dr. Witt, I like his experiencie and know

I do feel like Dr. Witt is a very intelligent guy, and if you're a person who is embarrassed or nervous in those stirrups, Dr. Witt has a great way of putting you at ease, even making you laugh with his great sense of humor. His nurses are both great, and make you feel like you have known them forever. On the other hand, while he does take the time to answer any questions you may have (though he speaks a lot of doctor lingo that kinda of goes over my head), I can tell by the look in his eye that maybe he's a tiny bit annoyed with my questions. Maybe because he's heard them a million and one times, who knows. But none the less, he answers them and tries his best to put my mind at ease. I also wonder if he knows how to pronounce my name; i don't think he's ever called me by it.... if he calls me the wrong name at delivery, there will be a different review! Lastly, my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at a little less than 6 weeks. I, obviously, was heart broken. Dr. Witt basically said, to us, it's a miscarriage, but to you, you lost your baby. He tried to help me understand that there was nothing i did that caused it, and that we could try, try again. This pregnancy (13 weeks along) he doesn't seem to take into account my past with the miscarriage, which bothers me a bit. But, he has years of practice under his belt and i'm a worrier anyway. All in all, I'd give him a shot. He's also quirky and has a great mustache, and i like that.

I've been seeing Dr. Witt for years, he was my doctor before, throughout my pregnancy, then after, and he is absolutely wonderful. Very good at making an awkward situation as un-awkward as possible! :) Always takes time to listen to any concerns, is patient with explaining any answers to my questions. I never feel rushed, and I usually have lots of questions. He also has a laboratory background prior to becoming a doctor, so I very much trust his explanations of how things work and why.

Dr. Witt is amazing! He ensures that you feel completely comfortable no matter what the topic of your appointment is. He shares the same excitement that my husband and I do every time we go to our appointments to check on the health of this pregnancy. Although I live in Minot, the occasional drive to Bismark to visit with Dr. Witt is definitely worth it due to the service.

Dr. Witt and staff create a very relaxed atmosphere. He always seems to have plenty of time to answer questions with plenty of knowledge and experience.

This is my wifes OBGYN and he is the best one in Bismarck I know of.
