Dr Remillard delivered my son many years ago and I have never forgotten him. He always talked to me through his nurse, and never made eye contact with me. When I tried to talk to him during labor he did not listen to me, and instead told me how "he" thought I should be feeling. During a fertility treatment he yelled at the nurse, and told her he could not remember how to measure a particular test. He was very upset that one of the other doctors did not help. I remember feeling very scared and intimated. When I went into labor I prayed that one of the other docs would be on call, but no such luck. When I went in for my postpartum checkup I was having a bad case of the baby blues and really needed to talk to somone. Wouldn't you know, he never even asked me how I was feeling. I have had two other births that were amazing experiences, and it still makes me sad that he had to be so scary and negative during such a special time for me.
