Dont go! Very careless.....never charted anything in my chart....so now i suffer.

Dr. Sampino is beyond wonderful. He airs on the side of caution as does Dr. Vullo, and the office staff is wonderful. They are accomodating and know you by name when you walk in. The level of compassion, and dedication Dr. S and staff have is unmarked. Injust delivered by 3rd child (1st with this practice) and my care was impeccable. Thorough, compassionate, honest, and dedicated are the words that come to mind when thinking of Dr. Sampino and Dr. Vullo.

The doctors are great in the office, all 3. the office staff tend to be a little clueless, I have to ask several times for things, and the reason I'm making appointments (duhhh bc I'm 21 weeks pregnant!!) I wish they'd hire more competent office staff- but the doctor themselves are the best

I am speechless with the multitude of incompetent employees that are Comprehensive OBGYN. this is the Fourth time i have had an issue with the staff that has resulted in me not being able to see the Dr. I have now finally decided to go to a real Dr's office so I can be actually seen by the Dr. Besides have to schedule a Dr appointment at least 2 months in advance, Which can be normal for some Dr. s , regardless if you are working on a plan to get Pregnant because you are having trouble. when you do show up at the appointmet time and date you are given it is wrong and you are unable to be seen. and have to schedule a new appointment which is two months away. ( this happened three times- the last time was the straw that broke the camels back. ) the first serious issue i had was when i had a test with the radiologist where they explained if there was any fever, bleeding, or pressure i needed to call the Dr immediately. I had those symptoms the next day. I called the office, left a message. An hour goes by , heard nothing. Kept calling throughout the entire day only to get the service by 5:00 pm and get patched through to the emergency Dr who was let me know if the fever goes above 101 to go directly to the hospital. I felt completely brushed under the rug. The Dr. himself seems like a smart caring man. However if you can get in to see him. His staff needs to be completely overhauled. The administrative nightmares i have had with them could go on. The time they never updated my insurance and billed me out of network because they did nothing with the insurance paper i filled out. The time they sent me a bill that was not even to me. It was to someone else, Luckily there personal information was not detailed. this is the only time in my life that i have dealt with this much incompetence.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Sampino and his staff. His staff was always so friendly and welcoming. They always took care of me and handle any questione or concerns I had immediately. As far as Dr. Sampino, he is an amazing doctor!!!! He is so compassionate and caring. He always took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. He had a way of easing my worries and concerns. I am forever grateful to him for safely bringing my daughter into the world!

I have never been to an office like Dr. Sampino's. EVERYONE greets you with a smile and treats you with respect and a positive attitude. Dr. Sampino listened to all my questions and concerns about my upcoming surgery he will be doing and put my mind at ease. I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone looking for a new doctor. I have friends who go there and say all the doctor's are excellent, including the PA's and nurse practicioner.

his busy office speaks for itself. he is an outstanding doctor.. always listened to my issues and was always helpful. thoroughly goes through any questions you have and explains it well. he's really such a sweet doctor that cares for his patients. the girls/women at the front desk can be nasty at times but the only reason i tolerated it was because him along w. the rest of the dr.'s in his practice are phenomenal. new admits, good luck getting a spot, theyre extremely busy 24/7.
