Dr. Joyce walked into our meeting with her wearing a button that read "Listen to Women." That says it all! While we had a very poor experience with one of her nurse practitioners, Dr. Joyce more than made up for it. She is savvy. She explains matters in detail, welcoming any questions the patient has. She is warm, knowledgable, and (when appropriate!) VERY funny. She put my husband and me at ease immediately -- vital for me after we had some very traumatic episodes with Boston doctors. Her surgical skills are first rate. I had zero complications and was up and around faster than I thought possible. I have gone to some of the best hospitals in the US, but have never found the perfect mix of personality, aptitude, physician intuition and comfort-in-care that I found with Dr. Joyce. She is an absolute winner all across the board, and I can't recommend her highly enough!
