Avoid. Will bill you for unnecessary tests and then harass you for that payment.

Very happy with Dr. Valderrama and the staff. Dr. was very thorough and knowledgeable. The office was very clean. The wait was less than half hour.

My experience with Dr.Valderrama and her staff has been nothing but positive. From the minute I called to schedule my new appointment til my visit was over and I walked out the door. Thats when the problem began, I had a parking ticket! But I will highly recommend this very friendly knowledgable doctor and her wonderful staff that support her. Just bring quarters for meters!

It was my first time going to this office. I made an apt at 3:30pm, got stuck in traffic and call staff that I would be late. I got there 15 minutes after(again b/c of traffic) and they wouldn't let me see the doctor. I explained to them that I came from Hicksville and got stuck on Northern Parkway, "can you please take me, I am willing to wait". They said that I have to be on time yet they're still have 5 other people waiting. If they're so strict on time then those patients who've been there waiting should be in the time they made the apt. Such rude staff, I would never come back to this place nor refer people!!!

When I first met her I thought she was rude and not caring at all. I saw her because in this practice when you are pregnant you meet all the doctors in case your primary ob/gyn is unavailable and they are in hospital when you are delivering. i really wasn't impressed with her on this first meeting. Then she walked into my delivery room when I was in labor. She ended up performing my emergency c-section and she made it such a positive experience. I healed very well and am very happy she performed the procedure.

Dr Valderrama is fantastic. I've been seeing her for eleven years and never ever considered leaving. She takes her time, is compassionate and very thorough. I never had a problem with calls either getting thru or being returned. Both my daughters see her as well as a few friends I've recommended. Give her a chance you'll love her as much as I do!

Dr. extremely rushed/distracted, downright rude at my last visit. Refused to give me needed prescription until I took some tests. I took the tests, but repeated attempts to contact Dr. went unanswered. She is abrupt, non-caring, downright argumentative, and her staff is no better. I am now out of medication and will have to pay full freight for an office visit to a new Dr. who will listen to me, care for me, and help me with my prescriptions.

Dr. V's office is a nightmare. It is often impossible to reach someone on the phone. They never returned messages I left on the machine. Oftentimes I didn't even get a machine, the phone just went blank. Forget it if I had a medical issue where I needed an appointment soon or needed to speak with the doctor. The visit with the doctor is a waste of time. Dr. V. was good many years ago but not anymore. The wait to see her is always over an hour and then she is rushed and distracted and doesn't give any treatment ideas. She didn't even bother to record my symptoms in the chart.
