Very insensitive and rushed. Doesn't even attempt to make the patient comfortable or make you feel like your concerns are being heard. Would not recommend her to anyone.

dr karpfen misdiagnosed me therefore will not see her again

Dr. Karpfen is a very knowledgeable doctor. She can be judgmental at times as well as insensitive. I would not suggest bringing a teen/young adult to their first visit to her however she is a good OBGYN and most women who are not new to going to an OBGYN would do well with her.
