Dr. Schnurr is very compassionate, helpful, a great listener. She has sent me to specialists when she felt it necessary. She remembers details about me that are not in my chart-ie.my family problems, my hobbies, interests. I feel good being in her care. I trust her. I know that she works out of a large clinic-and it is not always the Dr's fault that appts can be delayed-some things do take time. I'm glad she does take the time to discuss things with me, she just doesn't hand me a prescription without listening, and send me out the door. If you don't give her enough info, how can you expect her to help you. I am happy she is my Dr.

Dr Schnurr was quite helpful in helping me prepare(shots,tips,etc.)for my out of country trip. Also last week I needed to see her rush and next day I had an appointment. She makes you feel assure when she discuss your problem and solution. Keep up the good work.

My test results came back positive but she didn't let me know - by luck another doctor in the clinic found them & informed me. Even after leaving numerous 'phone messages, she wouldn't talk to me. I "fired" her.

I always have to wait,but I never feel rushed when it's my turn. Very good listener, and refers me to specialist if required. I find her very helpful.

Dr. Schnurr pays no attention to her patients and their needs. Average wait times to see her are about 1-1.5 hours. She has had personal issues that have crossed over to her clinic time resulting in rebookings up to 3 months from the original scheduled visit. She has ordered incorrect tests and instead of discussing concerns, hands brochures and says good luck. It can take up to 3 months to hear from her about bad test results.
