Quand je suis venu avec un problème de nez et respiration , il m'a donné des médicaments pour les oreilles . Et quand je suis venu avec un mal de gorge aigu parce que la gorge était plein de points blancs , il m'a dit qu'il n'y a rien vu et il ne m'a donné aucun traitement! Je suis vraiment revolte!

Meilleur docteur que j'ai eu la chance de rencontrer. Il m'a aussi aidée lors d'une dépression, il est humain, est un bon communicateur et possède une écoute respectueuse. Il est apprécié de ses collègues, dans le domaine, il est surnommé Patch Adams ;) Les secrétaires de sa clinique sont vraiment fort sympathiques !!!

LE DR. CHATELOIS EST LE MEILLEUR DOCTEUR QUE J AI JAMAIS EU ALORS QU IL MA SORTI D UNE GRANDE DÉPRETION EN 2010 SANS LUI JE NE SERAIS PAS ICI A ÉCRIRE CECI J AI ETE DIAGNOSTIQUÉ BIPOLAIRE TYPE 2. IL A UNE TRÈS GRAND ÉCOUTE ET PORTE UNE GRANDE ATTENTION A SES PATIENTS ET NON COMME A DES CLIENTS COMME A D AUTRES CLINIQUE MÉDICALE COMME CELLE EN ARRIÈRE DU LAFLEUR PAS TRÈS LOIN DU CLSC. CEUX QU ILS ONT DR. CHATELOIS GARDER LE ET P;RENEZ EN SOINS PARCE QU IL NE S EN FAIT PLUS DES DOCTEURS COMME LUI.

Dr. Chatelois went out of his way to give me excellent care. I've had other doctors (who don't even know Dr. Chatelois)say to me that they can tell he's a very good doctor from the way he has taken such good care of me. In my case, he has certainly gone "above and beyond the call of dury".

I found him abrupt and unhelpful. He does not answer questions, does not listen, does not show much knowledge and does not diagnose properly.

Dr. Chatelois is an amazing man whom makes each of his patients feel like they are the only one. He does not rush, and his care and compassion as well as his lightheartedness and humor are greatly appreciated by patients and caregivers alike. He was my dad's Dr. until his recent passing and was always very good with him, gentle, and listened to him, really connected. And with mom he is just as amazing. We were blessed to have him taking care of our parents, now mom.
