Exceptional physician and delightful person. I am constantly impressed by Dr. Baltzan’s insightful, engaged approach to my care. In addition to thoroughly investigating, diagnosing, and treating my chronic condition with medication, he has made a number of recommendations for me that have really improved how I’m managing. He shows a genuine interest in how my sleep issues affect my life and spends a significant part of our visits filling me in on the rationale for his proposed interventions and treatment goals. He takes diligent history, takes time to measure and record vitals, and still has time to discuss next steps. I so appreciate the way his efforts have improved my quality of life and his teaching has helped me understand the biology of my condition so I can manage it better. In awe of such a kind, talented, approachable and considerate doctor.

Dr Baltzan treated my father for COPD. He is a gentle person , soft spoken who takes the time to explain current conditions, he is clear and speaks in a manner that he is well understood. He takes the time it takes to ensure that his patients are clear and has top of the line bedside manners. My dad was in the best of hands!

J'apprécie beaucoup le Dr Baltzan... il est à l'écoute... il est bon pédagogue... il a été en mesure de m'expliquer de façon schématique ma problématique. Il fait preuve de sollicitude et il fait des suivis... il prend même pris le temps de me rappeler personnellement. Il est très disponible pour un spécialiste.
