My daughter cancelled an apt due to covid19. has called to reschedule and cant get any return calls hardly no answer in office and she is now 3 weeks away from giving birth and they still cant answer the phone or return a call. He has just left my daughter Billie Tippie with no care and her insurance has paid for everything. Also bullied my daughter and practically called her a liar when she told him she throws up all day and she does. Then insulted me when I mentioned we believe in God and told me God could be a woman we really don't know! My daughter couldn't do the glucose test for throwing up and we don't believe as American Indian we should drink toxins or vaccinate so he bullied her told her she will show up everyday until she does it and that's the same day he treated her like second class. Now 3 weeks from birth shes had no way of seeing a doctor for 5 weeks now. Im getting a lawyer Dr. Carr when this virus is over and you will be held accountable to your oath and your patient. I would not bring my dog to your office now

the last time I saw Dr. Carr, He was rude, a smart *ss, if you will. When I was discussing my low libedo, he said to me that I was not getting any younger. I was 59 at the time. I will not see him again.

Seemed to be a nice doctor but at times he would be rude and seemed to be having a bad day or something. He always looks tired all of the time or maybe a health problem for himself
