Dr. Coleman is friendly and very helpful. She is the best doc in pembroke. i would have no hesitation recommending her.

Dr. Coleman is a personable, and competant Dr. but it is difficult beyond measure to get in to see her. I rarely have needed a Dr. but when I do, her office staff refer me to outpatients at the hospital. I feel that I only have a Dr. on paper because she is so overbooked that she in unassessable.

Dr. Coleman has been my doctor for ten years and I am very thankful to have her as my family physician. There are very few doctors in this area, and having a doctor here is almost a luxury. Over the past 10 years Dr. Coleman has been extremely thorough with her examinations and has sent me for tests when required. She is always pleasant and takes time to address my concerns. A few years ago she did have a staff member who could be cold and unpleasant, but her present staff is friendly and helpful. The phone service is a problem as it is often difficult to get through and patients cannot leave messages on the answering machine. I am sure this is only due to the vast number of patients Dr. Coleman is attempting to serve. We are indeed "very" lucky to have a doctor of her calibre, caring, and class in the area.

DR.COLEMAN IS IN MY OPINION ONE OF THE BEST DOCTORS AROUND SHE IS ALWAYS READY TO LISTEN,NEVER HURRY`S YOU . GIVE YOU GOOD ADVICE & MAKES YOU FEEL YOUR IMPORTANT. SHE HAS GIVEN HER HOME NUMBER TO REACH HER IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG ALWAYS HAS A SMILE FOR YOU .SHE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR HER ONLY APPOINTMENT. Dr. Coleman is very easy going, friendly, helpful. She is cheerful with others despite the stress she must feel as a family physician with such a large practice (largly due to the shortage of physicians in the area). I have always been able to count on her to be honest and careing while offering a realistic medical view of the situation. She has been my physician for almost 20 years and I'm not sure what I would do with out her valuable medical insight. If cloning were an option, I would recommend that she be cloned time and time again! I do agree that some of the office staff can be ill mannered but that too is likely due to the stressful workload they have.

Poor office set up , phone not answered , 2 month wait list, often cancels visits and then patient has to wait again for 2 months. Some patients seem to have better service than others. Some office staff have poor people skills.
