I MISS DR. COLEMAN....or Lomie as many often call her. She was my doctor for the better part of my life and no doctor has compared to her since she stopped practicing. I do wish her all the best but for selfish reasons only, I wish she were still practicing....as I'm certain many patients do!!! Best doctor HANDS DOWN!!!

Dr. Coleman and her team are amazing. She cares for each patient and will do all she can to make sure you are well and happy. My 3 year old is comfortable as is my 17 year old. So blessed to have her looking out for my family.

Dr Coleman is one of the few doctors left who really connect with their patients and who actually takes the time to listen to what the patient is saying. She is always positive and approachable. Dr Coleman leaves no stone unturned when it comes to discovering what the root causes of medical problems are. My wife, daughter and I consider ourselves blessed to have such a fantastic family doctor. Her new location and staff are great. The addition of Pamela as the Nurse Practitioner really has helped to reduce the wait-time for appointments.

I am so happy that when her office relocated they also now have new receptionists that are friendly. The phones are answered, you can tell by sitting in the waiting room and seeing how busy the receptionists are. I agree that sometimes she's behind but I won't complain because she is a very nice and friendly doctor that remembers my name. I needed an urgent appointment and told them when I called what was going on and they fit me in sooner than 3 months. The office staff is very understanding.

Have to wait forever (3 months) to get an appointment. More concerned about your clothes than your health. Staff let the phones ring forever or never pick up. Tried calling for a week hitting recall and DID NOT get through. Receptionist is very rude. The Nurse in the office is great. Have been on TOO many different medications and am still not feeling right. Not happy at all but need a GP so keep her as my doctor as there are no others available.

I've been with Dr Coleman as a patient for about 18 yrs now. She is wonderful, is interested in my family, my sons, and my personal life. She always has a smile on her face, offers guidance and help. It does take a while to get in, regular visits ppl, book early. If u have an emergency, GO TO EMERG! That's what it's for. In 18 yrs I have had 2 apt's canceled on me, not bad. She is very personable, staff has its moments, they're busy. She has always treated me and my family like our health matters, not like we're a means to a paycheck. Things have caused me to have to see her 2-4 times a year for check ups and blood work, I have nothing bad to say about her, personally or professionally.

I recently suffered from a critical illness in the summer of 2009 and was hospitalized for over a month. As a patient of Dr Colemans, she came to visit me daily to check up on me, and even brought me Tim Horton's coffee on a number of occasions. She is a wonderful doctor, regardless of her appointment wait times. If you need to book an urgent appointment with her, rather than calling to get a busy tone or a recording that doesn't have an answering machine, Go into her office. Be very nice and considerate to her staff, they will often co-operate with you and squeeze you in a slot when they previously claimed there was a 3 to 5 month waiting period. I am very fortunate to have her as my Dr!! Job well done Lomie!

Dr. Coleman has always been wonderful to me and my family. She will sit down and ask questions and make you feel welcome. She is willing to go the full mile to care for her patients. I know there is a long wait to get an appointment and it's hard to get through to her office but in the times we live in, when most people don't even have a Family Dr. it's not a big surprise that she's so busy. Good on her for a job well done!

3 months for appointments, which are often cancelled, phone is never answered, poor office setup and some of the staff is less than friendly. Dr. Coleman has too many patients who all suffer as a result, but I am happy that I have a doctor at all.
