Don’t waste your time or money.. He has a lackadaisical approach to healthcare. Just a pill pusher. I am in maintanance mode from serious health problems, over 6 years. He can’t even deal with that. If I were under his care during those times I would have died. No longer there.

This doctor shows in network on my insurance. Made appointment 3 weeks out to learn the day before I had taken off work and had an appointment that my test was not covered by my insurance. The doctor's office made it sound like it was my insurance that was "narrow" when actually it was the way they choose to do their billing. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with my insurance to learn that the doctor IS in network but they bill under a facility and not the doctor so my test is not covered. This has happened to me twice recently that because of billing, Memorial Herman doctors are no longer "in-network."

Husband had 2 strokes and the doctor diagnosed them as TIA's - which don't leave damage. Even after I'd discussed the symptoms with him, doc didn't seem to consider it so I was afraid it may be something like Alzheimers. Only after months of worry did I find out from the new doctor that there was scarring on husband's brain showing that it was strokes and that was what was causing the issues. He is way too laid back for a neurologist, in my opinion.

Dr. Grogan listened to me, asked me questions, and then explained my diagnosis so I could understand it easily. I followed his prescription for my treatment and I felt much better. Here's a doctor who cares!
