Great Doctor --- Great staff . Moved to Florida with family because of Hurricane Katrina . My husband and I are in our 90's now and Dr. Patel is still our primary Doctor. He takes good care of us and is aware of our problems.

ive had went to this office about 3-4 yrs ago as a new patient told the nurse why was my reason for going to this office she laughed at my face and told me that impossible of what i was telling her made me feel very very uncomfortable i left the office crying ,then 2022 decided to give the office another chance a family member has been a patient for many many years do paper work mask on Karen tell me why im there explain to her why then she ask me the BIG question am i Vaccinated my answer Not Yet she said WHY NOT i replied Not Yet then she asked have i gotten MY Flu shot my answer No her WHY! TRY TO EXPLAIN she didint want to hear it gave me blah blah of her family got vaccinated even her 5yr old and how in the world i got this appointment to this office without getting vaccine that i sneak in this office mind you Ms, Karen was the one who made the appt. for me and not one time she ask the question and Dr'S NEW RULE IS IF YOU NOT VACCANTED you will not be seen I TRY TO TELL HER THATS I HAVE GOT THE FLU SHOT AND DID GET AN ALLERGIC REACTION TOWARDS IT THATS WHY I HAVENT BEEN VACCINE YET ..she went and told Dr.Patel that im not vaccine he came in the room and said i will be more then happy to do the EKG and Blood Work in office but i will be moving forward not to see you as a PATIENT .I look at him and said No got up and left the office again upset i try to give them another chance but the sad thing WHERE'S THE OATH OF TAKING CARE THE PATIENTS.

Dr. Pinkal Patel is the most caring Doctor, he is outstanding, all I could say is I love my doctor. He do everything to make sure you are feeling better, and the best thing is that he always ask you, do you have anything else to tell me, to me that is caring for his patient, and the staff are awesome no problem with them

I went to Patel for several years and recommended many family and friends to him. One day while on a routine call to his office, one of his staff hung up on me. When I called Patel to complain, he said the staff member said I used profanity on the phone. I told him I did not and instead of reprimanding his employee, he essentially called me a liar. I never went back to him. While he is a reasonably good doctor, be careful when dealing with his office staff, who seem to be beyond reproach when dealing with patients. Both he and his office staff must realize that we, the patients, are the reason they are there and not the other way around.

My wife and I have been patients of the Oviedo Family Practice since moving to the area in 2005. During a recent emergent situation, we were able to communicate with Dr. Patel through his staff - even though he was on vacation! Top notch staff, beautiful new office facility, professional care and outstanding referrals within our insurance plan. We refer all of my area family and friends to Dr. Pinkal Patel.

I have been seeing Dr. Patel for some years. He has given me all the time that I needed to discuss with him. He listens carefully and helps me in making much needed decision for my health. The staff is very helpful and cordial. I am completely satisfied with the service and help.

Been seeing Dr. Patel and Kathy Graves for several years. They listen to us, and are very knowledgeable. We have referred family and friends to them, too, and all are very pleased. They have used electronic records for several years, and we can view labs etc. online. Staff is friendly and professional, and have been with him a long time - that's an indication of a well-run practice. We don't know what we'd do without him and Kathy. We are senior citizens, and are always treated with great respect and not rushed out of the office as is the case with many other doctors we have seen.

Dr. Patel seemed like a good, knowledgeable dr. UNTIL I went on medicare. After that all bets were off. My chart started having diagnosis of issues I did not have, and did not say I had or had a problem with. I feel the man is dishonest and bilking medicare by lying about patient issues. I wish I had marked down all the issues I had to get corrected, and those my next doctor had to correct. I should have gotten an attorney, if only to prevent others from having to deal with misinformation.

I have seen Dr. Patel and Kathy Graves for years. I was initially just needing routine physicals but then had a serious issue and he handled it great. I have a PhD in a medical-related field and believe I am in a good position to know a good doctor/NP from a not so good one. Dr. Patel is awesome. Period. I don't know if all of the ratings here are real, but this is the first time I have rated anything or anyone on the internet. I feel strongly in this doctor and his team.

I have been a patient with Dr Patel since he began his practice in Oviedo. He purchased the business from the former doctor and has been my PCP for a very long time. I trust him with what he tells me. He is a concerned and dedicated physician. My mother moved in with my wife and I and she has started going to him also.
