Dr. Fox was my doctor for over 10 years! And my little one's dr from day one of birth. She was ALWAYS smiling and very friendly. She listened to my concerns, and was SUPER fast at PAP tests lol. The staff when I first start going was rather unpleasant, sometimes rude by ignoring you... But now I find them much better! Wait times aren't too bad the most I think I wait is 20-25 minutes. She retired this year (knew it was coming soon, still sad). She miss missed a lot! Great lady for sure!

Hilda has been mine family doctor for over 10 years. She has been my daughter's her whole life. Dr. Fox has a wonderful positive personality, and listens to all my concerns. She's amazingly fast when it's that dreaded time of the year PAP test time haha. I have had no issues with Dr. Fox - the only issues I have had is the staff... which sometimes they come off as rude. This is unfortunate because they are the first ones you see when coming in. I will be very sad the day she retires.

This Dr. Listens! I never feel afraid to ask questions. She takes her time, gets back to me in a timely manner. I trust her! I have never had a problem with her in the 25+ years I have gone to her. Highly recommend her.

Doctor Fox is a caring and compassionate physician. She is always within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment. If she is not sure of something one thing I can vouch for is that she will make a referral to the specialist that is needed. Another thing I like her for is that she is a physican that follows up on appointments and how you are getting along. I think she deserves an A...wonderful lady.

I cannot believe all the people that Dr. Fox HAS helped. #1. as previously stated, you ALWAYS wait at least an hour for an apt here, the staff are rude and not compassionate, even the pharmacists next door complain about the staff and some of their doctors. #2. During a pap test I brought a concern to doctor fox, she barely looked at me and told me I appeared to have a small "tear" and vaseline would clear it up. After 4 weeks of not hearing results from my pap and my "tear" not getting any better I sought a second opinon, turned out I had a strain HPV and the "tear" was a form of gentile wart. This second doctor I saw (in another clinic) knew what it was the second I jumped on the table. Dr. Fox told me it was nothing to worry about. I was never called on my pap test - I called the office to have them transfer my file and I would not be returning. I was always angry with the wait, the staff and Dr. Fox's lack of knowledge for my situation topped it off, I have not been there since.

I have been visiting Dr. Fox for many years as my personal "Female" doctor. I love that advantage in this profession. She has always been a breath of fresh air and takes her time with my concerns and my health.. I requested a referral once and the appointment was made.. Dr.s are not God.. we have to work with them.. It is our bodies. Tell them what you wish to happen and they will take it into consideration. She is a wonderful Lady and Professional. I wll recommend her

I travel all the way from Eastern Passage to see this doctor and have been doing so since 1999. She is concerned, compassionate, knowledgeable,and intelligent. If one needs extra time one only needs to arrange it with the staff when making the appointment. I have always found her staff to be very helpful and polite. I suspect that patients who do not let the booking staff have a correct idea of how long to book their appointments are a cause of a lot of extra wait time. Dr. Hilda discuss my health with me as I need, if I have questions she answers them, if I need to see a specialist she arranges it. As she is the professional, I have to expect her to have some insight into what I need...that is why she went to medical school.

Dr. Fox has been my GP for 18 years and she is wonderful, always has a smile on her face and listens to my concerns and always gives good advice and recommendations. Wish more GPs were like her.
