I was seated in the exam room 45 minutes past my appointment time. Dr. J doesn’t request standard tests (blood work, colonoscopy, FIT test etc. ) She doesn’t work on Fridays. She is a very kind person, but I am searching for a new doctor that is more thorough.

This doctor cares more about the money she makes doing aesthetics than her medical patients. She sees her medical patients maybe 10 hours a week. This doctor doesn’t refer patients for additional tests or specialists even when an emergency room doctor recommends it. That one month prescription you just got that she needs to see you in one month for …. You might as well walk from the exam room and make the next months appointment at the reception desk. Yes, you need to call one month in advance to get a prescription refill. You need to know one month in advance you will be sick and make your appointment. That is if you are lucky enough to get an appointment in a month. Today’s doctors cry burnout! Try being a doctor in the 1950’s, 1960’s, and 1970’s when doctors were on call 24/7. They came to patients homes. They had empathy and went out of their way to make their patients comfortable. They even did the surgery or assisted with surgeries. With all the technology at their disposal today, seeing their patients in a timely manner and doing preventative health care should be easier.

Slow and sloppy staff always make you feel that you are not important. Never return calls or follow up. Takes 30 days for a phone visit. Only reason I am still with this doctor and she is good is that I have medical issue and need one.

The newest receptionist is rude and needs to be fired. The doctor doesn’t care about her patients. It is only a matter of time before someone sues her because she refuses to do referrals to specialists and any necessary medical tests. I am looking for a new doctor and hope more doctors move to the area. Stay away from this office at all costs.

Long waits on the phone with long message regarding Covid. Then you are put on hold . The doctor only works 1/2 days 4 days a week. This is not helpful if you need to see her in a timely manner.

Dr J is doing aesthetics now so her GP practice is lacking. Receptionist looks overworked and is rushing around to get everything done. I waited for a referral from Dr. J for two weeks. When she finally called me after I called the office several times she refused to do it. The referral for her to do came from being in the emergency department. Her reasons seemed invalid to me. Normally she is a good doctor even though I have a long wait to see her both in making appointments and waiting in the office / exam room to see her. Are there any doctors out there that actually take their patients health seriously? I need to find a new GP.

Find another doctor. She is always very behind. I don't think she is very interested in her patients. Office staff is getting sloppy with referrals, test results. If you are waiting for test results, you better call them because they don't call you.

I love Dr. J and have been seeing her for 15 years. Literally the only issue is how long I have to wait. It is SO frustrating to sit for 30-45 minutes minimum before she sees me. I feel like she/staff wastes my time and I wish they valued me more.
