Dr. Ducatman is extremely difficult and challenging to work with. There is no teamwork, it is her way only. She threatens to fire people constantly. She is aloof. She makes sweeping changes that deeply threaten patient care and quality. She deeply impacts the lives of longtime employees who've been loyal to the healthcare system for decades. She requires staff to do the jobs of many people, to cut costs and make herself look better.
The changes are ultimately most concerning for patient care and quality care.
