I had strept throat, she told me not to talk. I went for an appointment, and my sisters doctor visits that should have been in HER file had been logged under my name.

Excellent. She does ask probing questions, takes blood pressure and does not waste time! I get in and out in about an hour record for Glace Bay doctors. Her secretary does have some problems though and may need help with her work load. But this doctor does care and well it is hard to get a good rating from me but she is fine so far. Keep in mind people there are people waiting behind you who need attention so no idle chit chat please!

I find Dr.Kaur to be a pleasant person, not one for a lot of small talk but I am not there to socialize. My family & I have visited the office several times over the last few yrs. & found her to be helpful & kind. Sometimes it is good to get a second opinion but that is true with everthing.I also find Dr.Kaur's receptionists to be very helpful & the waiting time was always reasonable.

I agree with all of the comments concerning this Doc. I have two small children and would take them to outpatients before I would take them to her. Had to have my newborn checked out for a small problem and I had to ask her to feel his abdomen she did not even touch him to check him until I asked. Imagine 7 weeks old and no contact given. I have no confidence in her and it makes it very difficult to go to her when my kids' health is at stake. No bedside manner and does not seem to listen when you are telling her something. As for her secretaries, I have always found them excellent. Always get me in when I need to. I am sure that the Doc is no treat to work for either. We need some good Docs here like Dr. Rogers was before her. That was a fantastic Doctor and do I ever miss him. So very caring to his patients. Now we have the complete opposite.

found you were pushed out as fast as you could be and she wasn't very empathetic.

have been with her since she came to glace bay--only because i couldn't get another dr.i never get any satisfaction from her.right now i go only to get my precriptions.now i've been told that she is only in her office for 2 hrs. a day.isn't she lucky? i would leave her in a heartbeat if there was another dr. available. if something is bothering me now, i will go to o.p.d. rather than see her.it is really bad when a dr. at o.p.d tells you how bad she is when you tell them who your dr. is. not good at all.

DR. KAUR IS A VERY CARING PHYSICIAN, THE STAFF THERE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY CARING AND CARING. WHEN YOU NEED AN URGENT APPOINTMENT I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BEING SEEN ON AN URGENT BASIS. DR. ROGERS HAD A VERY BUSY PRACTICE AND THE PRACTICE HAS NOT CHANGED. I WOULD PREFER TO WAIT IN A DOCTORS OFFICE FOR AN HOUR OR TWO THAN SIT IN THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT FOR 7-8 HOURS. THE SECRETARIES DO A GREAT JOB FOR THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE THEY HAVE TO ATTEND TO ON A DAILY BASIS. GREAT JOB GIRLS
