I started my diet with him at the end of may. I am now down 68 pounds. I feel great and the diet has changed my perspective on food. I will say he is a very blunt and brutally honest man, but I didn't go there to be babied. I have had a few bumps on the diet, but there is no way I could get results like this anywhere else. The negative comments really just tell me that folks did not follow the diet. That is not the doctor's fault, it is an extreme diet and it's not for the week willed.

I was a patient of his for his weight loss diet. Of course I lost weight but who wouldn't on a 400 calorie diet and amphetamines. I lost weight so fast that my gallbladder had to be removed which is common with sudden gain or loss. I have heard him talk in a negative way about overweight people calling them "cows and fat" I have seen him be rude to others and I am wondering about his medical knowledge. I was also informed that he physically abuse a wife and finacee and verbally abused many others.

I started with Dr. Snead at the end of OCT. 2011 in the first month i had lost a little over 20lbs ! Im not going to lie and tell you it was easy, it was very hard, but once you see changes in your weight and your peers can notice, you look at it WAY differently! i was doing great, then had some life changes and stoped following the diet. it is now MAY 2012 and ive gained 10lbs. I called Dr. Snead and asked to restart, he was more than happy to let me restart, He explained to me reasons for my weight gain, and was very understanding. I think he is Great, he may be Short and to the point with you, but he DOES know what he is talking about, and im looking forward to getting back on track :)

Please google this guy before spending any $ or time with him. He has been reprimanded in Jan 2004 by the Board of Medical Examiners for deceptive, fraudulent practices and was ordered to re-educate himself in a structured education program. He would not answer questions regarding my elderly parents. He was even rude to my siblings when they would accompany our father for his visits. Beware, do not trust him! He is a user, abuser, and loser. Insurance: Blue Cross / Blue Shield

I have been a patient of Dr. Snead's for 1 year. When I follow his advice, I lose weight. When I don't follow his advice, I gain weight. It's a simple as that. I'm absolutely stunned at the few negative comments about his professionalism and demeanor. I can only guess that the problem is with the writer of those negative comments because Dr. Snead is really easy to work with. I encourage anyone who has a weight problem to seek his advice. His fees are amazingly low for the value received and he makes himself available to those of us who do not live in his city of residence. I couldn't be more of a fan. The initial $200 (approx) fee was covered by my insurance and I pay $50 per visit (monthly) and a little over $10 monthly for the prescription,.

So far so good. I lost 40 lbs. on Weight Watchers and couldn't lose a pound more. I tried this diet and lost 29. It's not easy but well worth it. I ignore any comments I get from family and friends, I'm a big girl.
