I feel that Dr.Herbert is a pill pusher. Everytime I go see her with any problem she tells me that I am depressed and prescribes me antibiotics. She is very unfriendly and not very compassionate. You could not pay me to see her again.

Not too many doctors take the time to really sit down and listen to a patients concerns, Dr. Herbert does. She always makes me feel comfortable, and she truly does care! I have nothing but absolute respect for her and can't imagine seeing anyone else. She has helped me through alot and I could never thank her enough. Wonderful lady and a blessing!!

She rushed through my appt and didn't address any of my concerns. When asked for test results she just walked away. Terrible doctor. I will be looking for someone who cares!

Dr.Herbert cares about your whole over all health not just the at the time symptoms.keeps track of outside factors on your health as well.

Doctor Linda Herbert is awesome . She has a heart of gold ,the best Doctor I have ever had .She treats myseft and daughter like we are family. My husband has back problems and she always asks about him if he doesn't come with us. She will see anyone in our family even if they normally see another Doctor . She not only cares about our pain but how we are on everyday basis. If there is any question she doesn't think twice about sending to off to someone that may know the answeres.She is always very welcoming and where's an honest smile. If something comes up on a test she will call you personally at home and thats a big Wow! She's a gift to our family from God. Sure hope she never gives up because replacing her would be a tuff one. Your amazing Doctor Lina Herbert sure appricate you! Thank-you for being you.

I have been seing Dr. Herbert for, well this is my tenth year. At first she would spend mountains of time with me but lately, I am lucky if I get a single question addressed. I just had my annual complete physical and I would be shocked if she spent 5 minutes with me. I left very frustrated and disheartened. Will not be seing her anymore. Very confussed about the Rx she gave me.

Have had excellent experiences in the past but now feel that she's too rushed and she's willing to "let things ride" to see if anything changes instead of seeking solutions or making referrals. If you don't push, you don't get an answer.

She's been my doctor for 9 years & is a wonderful doctor. A little rushed sometimes, but what doctor isn't these days with the doctor shortage in this province. I very much respect her courage in being willing to try alternative medicines if it's less harmful to the patient than prescribed meds. (Wish she wasn't way on the West side, long way to go when you're sick.)To me, she's the best doctor in Lethbridge & worth the extra long drive.

I have been in Dr Herberts care for about 12 years. I have found her to be very thorough & as one of her colleagues told me "she doesn't miss much". She is also compassionate & understanding.She doesn't hesitate to refer me to specialists in order to make a diagnosis & has done this quite often. I recommend her highly.
