I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Sosa. He was very knowledgeable and discussed the procedure appropriately. Dr. Sosa was flexible in his schedule and easily approachable too.

Very happy with my breast reduction. I've had no complications and am healing as I expected. My breasts are symmetrical and a size that is proportionate with my frame. Dr. Sosa seems like a skilled surgeon and the whole process happened the way I was told it would.

I agree not a good doctor. My primary doctor recommended him so I thought he was ok. He mentioned once that someone didn't like their surgery so they didn't pay him; I should have asked why? I really didn't know what to expect from my breast reduction. But after all of the stitching cleared, I realized he didn't even cut around the nipple part in a neat circle. His cuts are really jagged like, as if a child cut it, very sloppy. Also, there is a puckered, gather right where the cleavage should be; like he ended the sewing there. After 2 years, my right breast still tingles with pain. Now I am more self conscious than I was before. He took too much off, now I look like a boy. And,no he doesn't explain the after affects clearly. I REGRET ever have let him do my surgery. LADIES, NEVER GET SO EXCITED ABOUT A SURGERY THAT YOU DON'T RESEARCH. These are OUR BODIES, not a PATCH QUILT!!! SPREAD THE WORD...DO NOT...I REPEAT..DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR.

Dr. Sosa's personality was always pleasant. However, what he did to my nose was unforgiveable. I asked for a simple bump to be removed, and specifically indicated that I did not want my tip altered in any way. Despite my explicit instructions (in the presence of my mother), he ignored my wishes. Please understand, having the benefit of hindsight, I never should've touched my nose. All I had was a slight bump, on an attractive nose on an attractive face. I was told it was a "simple" procedure, minimal risk of complications. Though unhappy with the result (bump still there, left tip sharp, dent in above right nostril) I waited patiently one year, without complaint until the swelling went down. When I pressed him about the unexplainable changes in my tip, he indicated that he sutured the domes together to refine it. When I went for a revision, the surgeon who tried to fix it said that my tip cartilages were cut and divided. Grafts needed. Result, fat tip. Stay away!

I cannot believe the horrible ratings that Dr. Dr.Sosa has gotten n this site! I got a surgury with Dr. Sosa about a month ago, and am extremely happy. Going into a doctor for plastic surgury can make you feel very nervous, but he did a great job at making me feel more than comfortable. I would defenitly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor! I will defenitly go to him if I ever need to in the future!

not helpful, doesn't give good information. Will not address a patients concerns, If you try to tell him something he will brush you off and exit the room. I am planning on a law suit againist this doctor for the deformity that has`resulted from his work. Hopefully this will either stop him from hurting others, or will make him help his patients and not ignore them. I would urge you to seek a GOOD doctor. I think that you will end up like many of us and be very unhappy with your results, this is your body and you should end up with pleasing results, but I don't think that with this doctor you will be pleased or happy after your surgery.

Did not even try to make breasts symentrical. Did not tell me about what the afteraffects of plastic surgery would be. Told me I needn't come back to his office after telling him my breasts are constantly tingling. Didn't seem to care that I was unsatisfied.
