He has been my Doctor for 21 years. He does what any doctor would do to try and fix the problem, and if his diagnosis dosent work, he dosent hesitate to send you to a specialist to get the help you need. I had severe hip pain, and we tried several remedies, then he referred me to the best specialist in Surrey, and i now have a new hip and free of pain. Excellent doctor, id recommend him to anyone.

Dr Hepburn is without doubt the reason I am alive and writing this report.Fighting cancer for the last 13 years I have found Dr H has always been quick to correctly diagnose my problem and send me to the best specialist to have appropriate treatment. He is always concerned and follows my treatments closely. He is our family doctor and all of us feel the same.

Dr Hepburn has been my doctor for over 18 years and has maintained (and continues to maintain) top-notch, up-to-date professionalism for the duration. Highly recommended!

Generally helpful and willing to listen, although he does tend to be a little patronizing and rushes through things. He tries to be empathetic. As with all doctors you have to be your own best advocate and tell him when you really need him to listen or when you disagree with something he's said. He is unquestionably trustworthy - I am a female patient and don't bother going to a gynecologist for paps. He's never made me feel uncomfortable - but his habit of chatting about the weather during the procedures can be rather humorous. He is obviously a skilled doctor. I've only once been unhappy with an answer. I had chronic shoulder pain for years and was taking painkillers daily. Dr. H's temporary fix was to give me a steroid shot, and said that I'd just have to live with the shoulder. I finally went to a chiropractor and he managed to resolve my shoulder pain with one adjustment. But again, this can be attributable to a general bias against chiropracty that extends beyond Dr. Hepburn.

Very involved in himself dosen't like to refer patients to higher level of care. Dr. H- feels he can diagnose EVERYTHING. He once said to me "I don't like to refer patients to specialist because then I never see them again" Well isn't that the whole idea you idiot "to get better". Just a little to in love with himself.
