The office does not answer their phones but get upset if you go to a walk in clinic. Dr. Liz does not care to look into any concerns or run any tests. Numerous times I have been told “that can be normal” when it turned out to be a very serious problem that was caught by other doctors. A minimum of 6 times I got a second opinion and it turned out to be serious when Dr. Liz brushed it off. I feel uncomfortable speaking to this doctor as the head nodding and “mhm” or yeps are distracting, interruptive, make me lose my train of thought, and make it feel like I’m not being listened to. I either feel neglected or attacked every time I call or have an appointment. The nurse, Jen, gets 5 stars on everything though. She seems to be the only one who actually cares about the patients. I believe everyone there has a kind heart deep down… they just may not put their hearts into this job.

Dr Liz has been my doctor since I was 13. She has always been kind, patient and understanding. She has always listened to any concerns I have had and been super helpful. She takes the time to listen and genuinely cares.

I agree with what one of the other people said. All she does is say mhm. uh huh. uh huh. uh huh. mhm. The issue doesn’t actually get resolved.

Top notch.. there's a reason they aren't accepting new patients, cause they are good at what they do.. I appreciate they don't tend to over-react, despite what a patient thinks should be done for them.. They are the Doctors, and they see all sorts of different personalities in their patients. From the hypochondriac, who self diagnoses everything, to the aloof, unconcerned and trusting patient who lets the doctor do the diagnosing.

I am 24 and Liz been my doctor since I was born and I can’t wait to get a new family doctor. She only cares about money. Doesn’t listen to your problems and isn’t willing to help in any way. I had a major issue happen with one of her resident doctors that should’ve been a lawsuit and it was barely addressed.

Liz is untrusting of Dr. Tom.
Period.
As far a "doctor "...I will absolutely avoid her and will not take my children to her. All I receive are Uh-huh Uh-huh Uh-huh.
I have been dealing with a debilitating chronic issue for more than half of my life and NOTHING has been resolved...
I appreciate all of her staff, Dr. Kim & Dr. Tom are phenomenal doctors...but I can't change within the practice.

I have been with this doctor for years. I adore Liz very much. But other doctors and helpers give nothing but attitude and their not very kind to me nor my family. It makes me uncomfortable going there. I have thought about changing doctor office's. I do not tolerate the lack of respect at this office it is terrible. I give them the lowest rating I can give.

I have found both Liz and Tom and there staff to be courteous, patient and knowledgeable on any issue I have ever presented them with. My daughter would not be alive and my son as healthy if it weren't for effective intervention on their part. In both cases there have been many near run incidents. They talk to me in order to get my full understanding on the issues. They have helped my wife as well. Whether on the phone or in the ER I do not doubt that I am getting their best.

I have been a patient since the practice opened. Through childhood, teenage and adulthood, I have had my complaints about care for myself especially my first pregnancy that resulted in miscarriage where I did not actually see Liz but simply a resident when she didn't have time for me. However, since the birth of my two children she has been fantastic both with them and myself. She always listens to my thoughts and opinions on their development before making her decision regarding their care. Has made me feel very comfortable as a parent.
