She is wonderful, but has gradually spread herself too thin. Takes forever to get an appointment now, unless you want to see a Resident, which seems to be the only way to access care these days. Some days I just want to see my GP. It's unfortunate.

It has been a very mixed experience for us. She has been slow to recognize her limitations at times being slow to refer when she should..

Kim delivered my first child in 1999, as my family physician/obstetrician wasn't available.
Kim works alongside my doctor, BUT, I would prefer Kim exclusively as my doctor...but I was told I can't switch doctors within the practice.
Kim listens well, explains things well and is very knowledgeable!!
Definitely would recommend her hands down :)

There are so many things I can say about Dr. Morrison....she had diagnosed things that others have had issues figuring out. Sure, there was the sheep issue I had (who knew baa baa-itis is a sexually transmitted disease. One of the side effects is I can't wear a wool sweater anymore, however that is a small price to pay when you think of what I went through (thank god sheep don't have feelings or worst, thank god they can't talk!) So next time, I will need to be protected if I am ever thinking of having another great time with a sheep (or a flock for that matter). I still can't understand how I got the disease, how Dr. Morrison was able to diagnose it and thank god she was able to keep a straight face...who would have known?

Dr. Kim is the best! Have been going to her since she started her practice in Napanee. Can't say enough good things about her. Jen is wonderful! As far as the negative comments about Linda and Patty, I find you reap what you sow. They are pleasant with me and I don't have a problem with either of them.

Dr. Kim spent the time explaining to me what the diagnosis really meant. I was a little scared at the start, but she was very reassuring and the results were negative. She didn't even call my wife - that is a great confidentiality! Sincerely, patient Steve Jefferson.

As with many others on here, I find the staff (Patty & Linda mostly) to be very rude, judgemental and act as if answering a patients question is beneath them. And what kind of doctor's office tells you they won't return a message if you leave one??? As for Kim, I really like her as a person. She's usually very kind and caring and seems to genuinely want to help. However, I couldn't rate her as high as a doctor as I might as a person in general. I have found that if she's rushed, or in a bad mood, or another patient has upset her, she tends to take it out on her next patient(s). I have often found myself wondering "which Kim will I get today?". My biggest complaint is that she tends to tell her patient one thing, however, writes it in your file as something different or else doesn't tell you at all, leaving you to wonder what she was talking about when you read it in your file later. I guess I'm saying it'd be a lot easier if there was a little more consistancy with her.
