I have been a patient of Dr. Deegan for over 20 years, since I was a child. I have never had one complaint about him. He is very compassionate and takes the time to listen. I have seen him for multiple reasons ranging from minor to major things and always received the treatment I felt was proper. I have never had a problem getting an appt within a day and have never waited over 15 minutes to see him. Truly a great doctor.

DR Deegan should on long be a doctor. he sent me back work with bad lower back,degenerative disc disease, ribs out place,bad neck and left shoulder injury.i went to his to get stronger pain kills because i was collapsing,but he said faking it So i put may self in the hospital and the only to get i was to say i was going to kill myself. I in for 4 weeks where i got stronger pain kills.When i got out I found a new wonderful doctor that silent to my problems and has safe my life. I WILL NEVER W ORK AGAIN BECAUSE DR DEEGAN AND WISB

Dr. Deegan was my doctor for over 20 years - I have recently switched because of the horrible staff he has, always waiting to get in to see him (sometimes in excess of 1 hour), and then being rushed through the appointment like he doesn't even care. Keep billing OHIP -- get as much money as you can each day by cramming in as many people as possible. Makes me sick!! Time to retire Don!

Sick of feeling like every time you go in to see him you feel like you're bothering him. Doesn't have the emotional care needed. He has been my doctor for 30 years...he has changed in the last 10. Unacceptable and I can't trust him with my family any longer. Wrong meds prescribed a lot, repeated wrong diagnosis. No Thanks. Many other people feel the same thoughts as me.

Dr Deegan is is truly the best.I have asthma pretty bad as does my son,i have been so scared and very ill. It is scary when you cant breathe..He saved me a few times with knowing what to prescribe for me and knowing what to do for me.I cannot have another doctor ever i trust him so very much...He is so calm and soft spoken he really calms a person,,,,Truly the best

Rarely do we wait but have had our appts changed due to surgery and scheduling conflicts. Nursing staff is impersonal, inconsistent and doesn't return calls. Dr. Deegan never makes us feel rushed and will make referrals if you ask something he doesn't know. Follow up isn't always the greatest but if you ask again he'll look at it right away. Rather than have a focused list of ailments and steps they've taken most people go in griping and complaining, he can't help people who aren't willing to be proactive and help themselves.

Told my dad that blood in his urine and back pain were nothing to worry about and not worth seeing a specialist. a year later turns out it's stage 4 kidney cancer. OOPS.

he was my doctor as a child, and was fine then but like everyone else said, he has changed. he doesn't care one bit about your health, just how many useless appointments you will book. He and his staff are inconsistent with everything, from apparently performing tests that there is no record of, to being just plain rude. He is rushed, and if you have any sort of mental health issue stay far away, he will blame everything else that is wrong with you on that. He refuses to look at the big picture for your health, will not consider an opposing opinion, and will contradict himself if things don't work out the way he wants. He does not know about a large number of medical subjects, if he takes the time to speak with you. He will not look you in the eye, and be prepared to leave feeling ashamed of your problems.

Dr. Deegan has always treated me & my family with the utmost attention, concern & thoroughness. He has seen us through some pretty rough times & has always taken good care of us. If he didn't have the answers, he sent us to someone who would. He is very thorough in his approach & has never brushed us off. His office is very busy & sometimes he may seemed rushed but has never neglected us or dismissed our concerns.
