I have had Dr.Hay as our family physician for almost 22 years. I like his small town ways. If a family member is sick he will call our house to make sure the medication is working. If tests have been done - such as blood tests - it is Dr. Hay who calls the house to inform us of the results. If one of us has something wrong that he is not one hundred percent sure about he will refer us to some who will be able to make the diganosis. I like having a doctor who has our best interests at heart. A doctor who sometimes has to say "I'm not sure what's wrong but I'll send you to someone who can find out. Years ago my daughter broke her arm - a compound fracture - Dr. Hay said to me; "I can fix her arm but I can't promise you it will be the best that should be done." So instead he sent her to London's Victoria Hospital where she got the best care available. This is the kind of doctor I want. This is a HUMAN doctor. I would never consider switching doctors.I was lucky to find him!

Dr. Hay has been my family doctor for as long as I can remember, and as a child I remember my brother, sister and I being quite accident prone. I have recently been in a MVA and I have to say that I would have no one other than Dr. Hay treating me. Between him and the specialists he knows I don't think I could have recieved better health care. I drive 80km one way just to meet with him. Being from the city now I wouldn't trust myself to the walk-in unless absolutely nescessary. Thank you Dr. Hay.

OUR DOC. IS A VERY KIND, PATIENT, SOFT SPOKEN AND CARING DOCTOR...IF HE CANNOT FIND A ANSWER TO A PROBLEM, HE WILL SEND YOU TO SOMEONE WHO CAN..ASAP....HE'S THE BEST OUT THERE....WE ARE SO BLESSED TO HAVE SUCH A GREAT DOC!!

Dr Hay is a very thoughtfull DR. He Always tries to get you the best possible help. He always puts you at ease. My Kids even like visiting him.

Very accomodating,calls when running late, always apologizes if he feels you've been kept waiting to long. will send you to a specialist if he feels he's not the best one to figure out your problem. Good bedside manner.
